Therapy for teens and adults in Colorado.
Approach
For people who want to feel more alive, become steadier under pressure, and live in a way that reflects what actually matters.
I’m here to support people through the challenging process of letting go of the things that keep them feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or not fully alive.
That might show up in relationships, career, sport, school, family, identity, or the pressure to keep performing and holding everything together.
Through my own experiences with anxiety and depression, years of education, and my work with clients, I’ve come to believe that deeper meaning and joy come from developing a mind that can let go of attachments, and one that doesn’t immediately push away everything uncomfortable.
That is hard work. And it is not something you have to do alone.
My approach is grounded in forms of therapy that I believe in, and that are evidence backed. It is also shaped by lived experience as a professional baseball player, long-time meditation practitioner, business leader, endurance athlete, and mental performance consultant working with athletes and performers.
Together, we can work through anxiety, overthinking, burnout, transitions, relationship stress, and feeling stuck or disconnected from meaning.
My goal is to help you become steadier under pressure, clearer in your choices, and more aligned with how you want to live.
Services
Psychotherapy (Virtual)
I offer individual psychotherapy for teens and adults in Colorado navigating anxiety, pressure, life transitions, identity questions, relationship stress, and feeling disconnected from what matters most.
Many people I work with are capable and driven on the outside, but internally feel anxious, restless, overextended, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned.
In therapy, we slow things down and look at what is actually happening: the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, pressures, and patterns shaping your life.
From there, we work on changing your relationship with difficult internal experiences, clarifying what matters, and taking meaningful steps toward the person you want to become.
Sessions are collaborative, steady, and practical.
The goal is not only to reduce distress, but to build more awareness, choice, meaning, and alignment in how you live.
Sessions are currently offered virtually for clients located in Colorado.
Fees & Payments
Sessions are 55 minutes and offered virtually for clients located in Colorado.
My fee is $160 per session. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a monthly superbill for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan.
I also offer a free 20-minute consultation, so reach out and we can see if it feels like a good fit.
